Human Design: Discovering Your Purpose via Your Line Profile

When I talk with clients about their career, they are often interested in what type of career would be best for them according to their human design.

The truth is anyone can do any job or have any career that they want. There is nothing in the chart that tells you what kind of job you should have.

Instead, when we look at the chart, what we see are the gifts we are each here to share with the world.

When we connect with what's special about us and the themes we are learning throughout life, a choosing a specific type of job based on the chart feels much too small.

That said, some jobs are more likely to use more of your talents and gifts than others, so knowing what those gifts are can help you fine tune your work experience.

One way to think about this is through Profile. We talk about Profile as Soul and Life Purpose, but it's really your personality traits and characteristics. In this way, your purpose is being who you are.

And you're living your purpose in all aspects of your life, whether you know it or not. But knowing what it is helps you to capitalize on it if you so choose.
