Human Design: Gate 26 - The Will Center

Gate 26 in Human Design is a Will Center gate, and the Will Center is where we hold value, worth, resources, and will power. Gate 26 brings us the energy of integrity (among other themes such as the art of selling).

Most of us think about integrity as being honest and doing the right thing, even when it's hard. My Human Design teacher, Karen Curry Parker, has a broader definition. Really, integrity is about how you value yourself.

I've discussed this Gate a couple of times in the last week or so. I think it's useful to consider for all of us, but especially for those of us who are a little more sensitive.

When you are feeling overwhelmed by the pressure around you or your boundaries are being challenged, come back to these questions to see where might you be able to make some shifts immediately.

Ultimately, the most pressing question is... Are you worthy of taking care of yourself?

If you aren't taking good care of you, how can you take up the space only YOU can fill?
