As you may know, Jill and I have 2 podcasts that we produce. We don’t usually share a lot on our blog about eDiscover-Tea and it occurred to me that we should! Jill, Renee, and I took a break for a while but we recently returned with an all-new episode of eDiscover-Tea. This one is close to our hearts, literally. 💓 😆 💓
We welcomed our very first guest: Rebecca Dunaway, CMPE, HMCT-R, HeartMath® Trainer & Coach, Certified Meditation Guide, and Reiki practitioner. When we first met, Rebecca helped us get ourselves ready for recording some very heavy episodes earlier in the season. She later reflected that eDiscovery sounded just like the environment she worked in back in the 80's on Wall Street - whew - she wasn't wrong! It helped us so much that we just HAD to introduce all of you to this power tool!
